These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Stagehaus website and services. By accessing our website, submitting images, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.
About Stagehaus
Stagehaus provides digitally staged vehicle imagery for marketing and presentation purposes. Our services use client-supplied photographs to place vehicles into curated digital environments.
Stagehaus is a UK-based business and operates under the laws of England and Wales.
Scope of Service
Stagehaus provides digital staging only.
We do not physically photograph vehicles or provide on-site photography.
We do not alter a vehicle’s condition, specification, mileage, damage, or features unless explicitly requested by the client.
All staging is created using the photos you provide.
Image Accuracy & Representation
Digitally staged images are intended for marketing and listing presentation.
The environment surrounding the vehicle may be digitally altered.
The vehicle itself remains visually accurate to the source imagery supplied. Minor visual variations may occur as part of the digital staging process, and absolute visual accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
Clients are responsible for ensuring listings comply with any platform, marketplace, or manufacturer requirements.
Stagehaus is not responsible for listing rejections by third-party platforms.
Usage Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
You may use delivered images for:
vehicle listings
dealership websites
social media
marketing materials
Images may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed as standalone assets.
Stagehaus retains the right to display completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.
Turnaround Times
Standard turnaround times are:
48 hours for Free and Starter services
24 hours for Pro services
Turnaround times are targets, not guarantees, and may vary during periods of high demand or due to image quality issues.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included to address environment selection or minor presentation adjustments.
Revisions do not include re-staging into entirely new environments unless included in the selected plan.
Additional revisions may be offered at our discretion.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Supply images they own or have permission to use
Ensure supplied images accurately represent the vehicle
Confirm that staged images comply with applicable advertising rules
Stagehaus is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate or misleading source images.
Payments & Pricing
Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.
UK clients may be subject to VAT.
International clients are not charged UK VAT.
Payments must be made in full before delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Subscription plans are billed monthly and are subject to the usage limits stated at purchase.
Unused subscription capacity does not roll over.
Refunds & Cancellations
Free samples are provided without obligation.
For paid services, if you are unhappy with your first order, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
Refunds are not guaranteed once work has commenced but will be considered fairly.
Subscriptions may be cancelled with notice prior to the next billing cycle.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Stagehaus shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
We are not responsible for business losses, lost sales, or third-party platform decisions.

You agree not to:
misuse the website
attempt unauthorised access
copy or scrape content without permission
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
